Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us through the forms on this site. That includes:
- Your name, practice name, email address, and phone number
- Details about your practice that you select, such as practice type, number of providers, billing challenges, and current billing setup
- Your request to download one of our white papers
Our hosting provider also records standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.
Please don't include patient information or other protected health information in any form on this site. If you become a client, patient data is handled separately under a business associate agreement and the HIPAA rules that apply to it.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and set up your Revenue Rescue Assessment or consultation
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry, our services, and follow-up support, when you've agreed to that on the form
- To send you the white paper you requested and related information about our services
- To keep records of our conversations with you
Text messages
If you agree to be contacted by text message, we may send messages about your inquiry, scheduling, and follow-up. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help. We don't share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
How we share it
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and manage our client communications, such as our website host and our customer relationship management software, and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How we protect it
Information you submit through this site is encrypted in transit and stored with providers that use industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to your information to the people who need it to work with you.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you've given us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing jeff@elevatemedicalresources.com. You can also unsubscribe from any email using the link in that email.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version on this page with a new date at the top.
